I was looking for some good food along with being a little away from hustle and bustle - you know but not too far away from the hustle and bustle. A place to reflect, refresh with some good food and then go back into the hustle and bustle that is so much a part of the Rome we now experience- Elle Effe is that place !

Elle Effe provides a truly heavenly dining experience! The fried squid and prawns were cooked to perfection, and the Greek salad was fresh and vibrant. My friends were equally delighted with the Sea Bass cooked the Sicilian way. A huge thank you to Chef Sayed for the outstanding food and to the wonderful, helpful staff, especially Daniel, for the excellent service. This restaurant is a must-visit and is highly, highly recommended for a top-tier meal!

I recently had dinner at Elle Effe, and it was a fantastic experience! We tried the pasta carbonara and pasta bolognese, and both dishes were absolutely delicious – rich in flavor, perfectly cooked, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. The house wine paired beautifully with the meal and was surprisingly good for the price. The service was excellent – friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made the whole evening even more enjoyable. Overall, Elle Effe is a wonderful spot for anyone who loves authentic Italian food and great hospitality. Highly recommended!

Elle Effe is a wonderful restaurant which is close to Campo di Fiori, but outside of the piazza insanity. The food was excellent (we had a salad, a margarita pizza, veal with sage, the almond paste dessert and the pistachio dessert). All were fresh and yummy!

Once in Rome… this place is right in the middle of the city. We had the feta-cheese ravioli and the classic Bolognese — both delicious. The restaurant was completely empty, just me and my partner :) I think the owner was providing the service, so it felt high-level and the English was great. We didn’t have dessert, but it looked nice.

One of the best restaurants I’ve visited in Italy. The foods are amazing. Everything is cooked to perfection. Yum yum. A little bit outside of the touristy areas so that is a plus as well.
